
Enterprise Manufacturing Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and develop the global sales enablement function at Matroid.
• Collaborate extensively with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Field Engineering teams.
• Create and implement a scalable sales enablement strategy.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new enterprise SaaS sales hires.
• Provide ongoing training in areas such as negotiation, communication, and manufacturing terminology.
• Educate sales teams on concepts related to computer vision and AI/ML.
• Apply and uphold a consistent methodology for enterprise sales.
• Develop and sustain sales tools and materials.
• Evaluate sales performance data to identify and drive improvements.
• 7–12+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or enterprise SaaS sales.
• Experience in supporting enterprise sales teams targeting manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong grasp of consultative and value-based selling methods.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and nurture high-achieving sales professionals.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in computer vision, AI/ML, or data platforms.
• Knowledge of MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies.
