This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, architect, develop, and implement comprehensive enterprise intelligence solutions to tackle complex business challenges.
• Convert business capabilities into reusable enterprise intelligence products that support analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to establish engineering standards, architectural patterns, and reusable solution frameworks.
• Utilize enterprise architecture principles to ensure scalability, reliability, governance, security, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
• Create and develop cloud-native data platforms, integration frameworks, APIs, and enterprise data pipelines.
• Engineer reusable enterprise data products, semantic models, and curated datasets to facilitate analytics and artificial intelligence.
• Enhance the performance of enterprise data processing, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Implement DataOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, observability, and operational monitoring practices.
• Develop analytical models, forecasting solutions, executive dashboards, KPIs, and capabilities for decision support.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Employ machine learning techniques to enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.
• Design and build AI-enabled enterprise applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Create AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, enterprise copilots, and natural language interfaces.
• Integrate Large Language Models into enterprise applications while adhering to responsible AI principles.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and propose innovative business solutions.
• Develop enterprise applications, APIs, and contemporary user experiences.
• Implement version control, peer reviews, automated testing, DevSecOps, and continuous integration practices.
• Embed governance, metadata, lineage, security, privacy, and data quality into solutions.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
• Create reusable engineering standards, templates, accelerators, and best practices.
• Mentor fellow engineers while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining regular and punctual attendance.
• Execute other related duties as assigned.
• Robust software engineering experience utilizing modern programming languages and cloud-native development practices.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, APIs, Git-based development, and contemporary software engineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Experience in designing enterprise architectures, reusable business capabilities, and modern data ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise governance, security, metadata, and integration architecture.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of five years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise software, analytics, AI, or cloud data solutions.
• Preferred: experience with Generative AI, AI agents, Large Language Models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Preferred: experience with Streamlit, React, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Preferred: familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DataOps, and MLOps.
• Preferred: experience in mortgage loan originations, mortgage servicing, or broader financial services.
• Preferred: professional certifications related to Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Google Cloud, AI, or software engineering.
