This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.
• Take the lead in ensuring our customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations through our IoT platform.
• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for large-scale US Public Sector clients, helping them realize swift returns on their investment.
• Develop launch strategies and a roadmap to boost product utilization.
• Monitor implementation progress, customer engagement, product adoption, and account health.
• Conduct training sessions, showcase Samsara’s technology, and collaborate with both executives and everyday users to resolve challenges across various use cases.
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams to provide an outstanding experience for our clients.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of the Samsara platform and effectively communicate them to all customer types.
• Advocate for and exemplify Samsara’s cultural principles as we expand globally and establish new offices.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position, with a preference for Enterprise SaaS experience.
• This role is demanding with significant internal visibility, necessitating strong priority management and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Experience in supporting or collaborating with technical products.
• Exceptional consultative skills, particularly in end-to-end system implementations.
• A proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and daily users of our software.
• Demonstrated diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure while addressing customer concerns.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.
