This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Assist customers in enhancing the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations utilizing Samsara’s IoT platform.

• Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology for Enterprise clients.

• Develop launch plans and roadmaps to boost product utilization.

• Monitor implementation progress, participation levels, product adoption, and overall account health.

• Tailor implementation, training, and communication strategies to suit diverse customer use cases and stakeholders.

• Handle a substantial portfolio of customer engagements.

• Collaborate across departments to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Grasp and articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to customers.

• Work alongside Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural values.

• 2–4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position.

• Preference for candidates with Enterprise SaaS experience.

• Experience in supporting or engaging with technical products.

• Exceptional consultative skills and a background in end-to-end system implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users.

• Strong skills in priority management and high emotional intelligence.

• Ability to maintain diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year institution.
