• Achieve the annual Orders and Revenue Operating Plan while meeting Profitability objectives for the SEI business.
• Navigate intricate sales processes, identify key stakeholders, and promote Cloud SaaS solutions.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the sales territory, solution offerings, market dynamics, and competitors.
• Prepare and implement strategic account and territory plans.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including leads, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Enhance sales closure rates and boost the sales funnel in designated territories.
• Broaden stakeholder relationships to encompass C-Suite executives, Service Line Directors, Clinical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Purchasing teams.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Product Management, and Services, to refine deal models, minimize risks, and achieve overarching organizational objectives.
• Continuously improve selling techniques, technical proficiency (e.g., Cloud), and understanding of clinical workflows across the SEI portfolio.
• Demonstrate expertise in Strategic Selling concepts, along with relevant sales processes and tools.
• Partner with the GEHC Enterprise Solutions / Care Pathways Team and other GEHC divisions (Imaging, Patient Monitoring, etc.) to promote upselling and cross-selling of SEI solutions.
• Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of sales experience in the Healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Imaging IT (Radiology/Cardiology/Pathology, etc.), Post Processing Imaging, and AI applications.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel within your designated geographic area, as well as to national sales meetings and trade shows, up to 75% as required.
