📋 Description

• Conduct discovery calls to identify client challenges and translate business needs into impactful solutions.

• Work in collaboration with internal delivery consultants to outline project scopes, establish timelines, and explore potential solutions.

• Create statements of work, proposals, and presentations.

• Collaborate with the delivery team to pinpoint and pursue upsell opportunities within current accounts.

• Represent Sercante at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and develop the pipeline.

• Maintain accurate Salesforce records for effective forecasting and seamless transitions to the delivery team.

• Generate pipeline through inbound marketing leads and outbound initiatives in the designated territory.

• Oversee more than 10 active opportunities and create a $500K monthly pipeline.

• Achieve over $250K in average monthly bookings while fostering momentum within the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales position with a proactive approach to sourcing and closing new business.

• Strong history of consistently meeting and surpassing significant revenue goals, such as $3M+

• Extensive experience in selling consulting services within the Salesforce, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Automation sectors.

• Expertise in managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, scoping, SOW creation, and negotiation.

• Proven ability to collaborate with delivery and technical teams to develop precise project scopes.

• Outstanding skills in pipeline and CRM management.

• Proficiency in Salesforce is highly advantageous.
