⛳️ Requirements

• Experience within a growing or scaling government contracting or federal services organization.

• Familiarity with the realities of federal contracting, including growth cycles, delivery demands, customer expectations, compliance, and CPARS performance.

• Proven history of assisting organizations in improving, maturing, or transforming.

• Experience in resolving cross-functional challenges and establishing structure in uncertain environments.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without solely relying on formal authority.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfort in engaging with executives, senior leaders, functional teams, and delivery organizations.
