Enterprise FP&A Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +35 more states.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Head of Enterprise FP&A and collaborate with a Director of FP&A.

• Take ownership of ARR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on ARR, NRR, renewal rate, attainment, and capacity.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of ARR forecasting models utilizing capacity, attainment, pipeline, and renewal data.

• Produce monthly and quarterly SaaS metrics reports that encompass unit economics, NRR, renewal rates, and performance against targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on strategic finance initiatives.

• Offer analytical support for pricing strategies and the approval process.

• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts.

• Present insights and recommendations to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the SaaS sector.

• Proficiency in Excel along with strong business modeling and analytical skills.

• In-depth understanding of SaaS metrics.

• Proven track record in financial planning processes.

• Familiarity with business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday.

• A demonstrated history of managing, developing, and enhancing the accuracy of ARR and revenue forecasting.

• Ability to function as a trusted strategic finance partner, assess ROI on new initiatives, and influence strategic decision-making.

• Capacity to derive insights through data analysis to optimize financial reporting and processes.
