• Take charge of the deployment and adoption of Unframe's AI solutions within enterprise accounts, overseeing the process from post-POC rollout to expansion.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to convert customer requirements into actionable project plans and ensure large-scale execution.
• Coordinate stakeholders effectively. Manage alignment among business, IT, and data teams within sizable organizations.
• Establish and assess success metrics: monitor adoption, usage, and business impact to illustrate value.
• Conduct enablement and training sessions that assist customers in operationalizing Unframe's AI solutions.
• Guarantee project momentum. Facilitate coordination among internal teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions) to ensure timely and on-scope deployments.
• Discover expansion opportunities by identifying new use cases and operational gaps that AI can address.
• Offer structured feedback from the field to influence Unframe's product roadmap and delivery playbooks.
• Over 3 years of experience in enterprise-facing positions such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, preferably involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms with elements of digital transformation.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities. Proficient in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects under tight deadlines.
• Business-technical fluency. Ability to seamlessly translate between executives, engineers, and users.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in English (Hebrew is a plus).
• High level of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Experience in AI, automation, or data-driven transformations within enterprises.
• PMO certification or a solid background in structured project management.
• Experience working with LLM or GenAI products.
• Technical fluency — capable of understanding API integrations or data workflows.
• Prior experience in consulting.
