This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of enterprise adoption, visibility, analytics, and the use of AI-enabled tools to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of requirements across federated teams.

• Develop and oversee the federated BA enablement curriculum, curate relevant content, certify capabilities, and set enterprise standards.

• Incorporate standards, patterns, templates, governance gates, and enablement assets into Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, NEXUS surfaces, BI dashboards, and AI platforms.

• Construct and enhance dashboards for four key success metrics, identify leading indicators, elevate metric quality, and facilitate portfolio decision-making.

• Promote the adoption of enterprise BA standards by delivering artifacts, ensuring requirement quality, readiness, traceability, and minimizing rework.

• Highlight trends to portfolio leadership and recognize areas for adoption improvement, concentrated rework, and necessary interventions.

• Utilize AI-enabled and agentic tooling for dashboard narratives, executive communications, content creation, requirement decomposition, synthesis, automation, and policy analysis.

• Direct enablement, adoption, and change management initiatives, including fostering communities of practice, engaging stakeholders, handling communications, and driving continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with governance, architecture, delivery, analytics, AI enablement, business, and technology leaders across various portfolios.

• Ensure alignment of standards, validation frameworks, tooling, automation, AI-enabled evaluation capabilities, and adoption strategies.

• Perform additional job-related tasks as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, healthcare management, data analytics, or a related field is required.

• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in place of the required education.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in analytics, enablement, requirements management, enterprise tooling integration, delivery operations, portfolio management, or related fields within a healthcare or regulated environment is required.

• Experience in integrating and operationalizing Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, NEXUS surfaces, AI platforms, or similar enterprise delivery and requirements management tools is required.

• Proficiency in using AI/LLM tools, agentic tooling, automation, and data analytics platforms is required.

• Demonstrated experience in creating decision-oriented dashboards, defining leading indicators, refining success metrics, and conveying insights to portfolio or executive leadership is required.

• Experience operating at the enterprise or portfolio level is preferred.

• Advanced expertise in Power BI, analytics, KPI development, reporting design, dashboard architecture, data quality, readiness metrics, and performance measurement.

• Fluency in data and reporting design.

• Strong capability in toolchain integration.

• Experience designing and integrating enterprise tooling ecosystems, including Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, NEXUS surfaces, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, AI platforms, analytics solutions, and related delivery technologies.

• Strong literacy in AI and a proven ability to use AI-enabled tools.

• Ability to convert complex operational, delivery, and requirement data into actionable insights.

• A solid understanding of Agile, project management, hybrid, bi-modal requirement lifecycle, Lean Portfolio Management, product, portfolio, and flow-based delivery practices.

• Capability in change management and community engagement.

• Experience supporting traceability, governance, compliance, and audit-readiness practices in regulated environments.

• Preferred certifications include Power BI, analytics, Agile, Six Sigma, or AI/ML-focused credentials.

• General office environment; may require prolonged sitting or standing.
