This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Proactively engaging in cold calling and emailing to establish a robust sales pipeline, concentrating on specific target segments.
• Recognizing substantial opportunities that are sizable and can be closed swiftly.
• Collaborating with field sales teams to develop and expand the sales pipeline of qualified prospects, aiding in achieving their revenue goals and quotas.
• Cultivating and engaging prospects to spark interest in Replicon’s offerings, encouraging evaluation and harnessing the purchasing intent of decision-makers and influencers.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-4 years of demonstrated success in the software sector utilizing both inbound and outbound prospecting strategies within a B2B sales context in North America, EMEA, or APJ regions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present confidently and interact with all relevant stakeholders. Must be capable of engaging prospects over the phone with a high level of assurance.
• Strong capability to collaborate with both internal and external clients to foster long-lasting relationships, create positive first impressions, and effectively manage conflicts.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong research abilities and skills in account/market analysis.
• Persuasive, persistent, and professional in communications with prospects via phone and email.
