• Reporting to the Customer Success DACH Team Lead, you are enthusiastic, motivated, and genuinely invested in the success of our customers.
• As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving Synthesia's future growth by fostering relationships with clients and transforming them into satisfied users.
• You will assist in educating clients about a groundbreaking approach to video content creation and collaborate closely with sales to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new users.
• You possess the ability to engage in business-level and technical discussions across various organizational tiers, including the C-suite.
• This position is ideal for someone looking to advance their career within a rapidly growing software company.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Management, Client Service, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proficient in managing a Book of Business along with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proven success in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients, driving value from Synthesia's products and services.
• Experience in successfully onboarding new clients and developing key relationships during the critical initial months and beyond.
• Skilled in coordinating and leading regular client check-ins with clear outcomes regarding client health and opportunities, involving senior stakeholders.
• Basic video editing skills using the Synthesia platform.
• Focused on the retention and growth of our enterprise clients.
• Committed to ensuring that clients understand their ROI and value, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
