• Manage a portfolio of approximately 35 Enterprise customer accounts, each characterized by high engagement and complex requirements.
• Consistently engage with your accounts to gather insights on their current usage of our products, identifying the most valuable features and services for their businesses while guiding them on best practices.
• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with your customer accounts, ensuring a premium and high-quality experience.
• Partner with customers to tackle complex challenges using innovative solutions, strategically enhancing product value over time.
• Discover new methods to continually enhance our customers' experiences, both concerning our products and our processes.
• Analyze user engagement metrics and pinpoint actionable insights, with key performance indicators reported regularly.
• Categorize ServiceTitan customers into suitable segments for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as a mentor and resource for new hires and members of the non-Enterprise Success Team.
• Over 4 years of combined experience in account and/or project management in a customer-facing role.
• Proven capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively with others.
• Proven aptitude for and interest in project management and data analysis.
• Quick-thinking, intelligent, fast-learning, and solution-oriented.
• Must be an adaptable team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel less than 15% nationwide.
