This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Account Executive and Solution Engineering teams to onboard, train, and actively promote adoption among our Enterprise customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and advocacy within their organizations.
• Work cross-functionally with various internal Datadog teams, including sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal.
• Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them develop a clear and concise strategy to achieve their business objectives.
• Track and analyze usage patterns to identify renewal risks and opportunities for contract growth or optimization.
• Customer-focused with over 3 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Capable of managing a diverse portfolio of accounts that contribute to large enterprise corporate accounts.
• Familiar with engaging Fortune 1000 companies and global brands across various industries.
• Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail, able to tailor messages for specific audiences, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps professionals.
• Background in the B2B tech sector or experience with SaaS companies.
• Willingness to travel for customer onsite visits and events as necessary.
• Proficient in Thai for verbal and written communication, as you will be interacting with customers who speak this language, and comfortable communicating in English as it is the company's primary language.
