This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Achieve the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) for managed accounts, focusing on annual retention and growth targets.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with essential client stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and senior management, while comprehending the client's strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Drive revenue growth through the creation of strategic business plans, consultative selling, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Negotiate contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue goals and objectives.
• Analyze data (including market, competitive, proprietary, and client-supplied information) to inform data-driven decision-making and provide a clear overview of client status.
• Conduct business reviews with clients to assess progress against both Payoneer and client KPIs, prioritizing action plans to achieve objectives.
• Recognize potential new products/services and provide feedback to product and R&D teams for inclusion in the development roadmap, focusing on long-term client service.
• Facilitate close collaboration among Enterprise Client Success, Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Innovation, and Product Managers to create solutions and guidance (e.g., legal/regulatory).
• Act as a steward to resolve operational issues impacting the client by partnering with technical teams to ensure timely resolutions on their behalf.
• Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within rapidly growing technology companies, payment firms, fintech sectors, or financial institutions.
• Capability to collaborate with various teams, including sales/business development, finance, marketing, risk management, customer care, legal, product development, professional services, and compliance.
• Exceptional communicator driven to manage all facets of the client relationship and advocate for the client within Payoneer.
• Innovative problem solver with the ability to think creatively while effectively planning, prioritizing, and executing strategies to fulfill client needs and revenue goals.
• Strong business planning and commercial management abilities.
• Proactive relationship-building skills focused on delivering value.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Proven track record of meeting commercial targets successfully.
