Enterprise Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for incoming requests from designated clients.

• Internally advocate to oversee contractual commitments and client expectations.

• Enhance the value clients receive from ClassWallet solutions.

• Support clients in achieving their desired outcomes.

• Promote product adoption and ensure contract renewals.

• Discover opportunities for expansion and new business ventures.

• Foster client retention and satisfaction through effective relationship management.

• Utilize success metrics and data to inform action plans.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support) to ensure alignment with clients’ goals and objectives.

• Set and adjust expectations both internally and externally as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years in an Enterprise Customer Success Manager role, ideally within a state or local government context.

• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing goals.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong capabilities in online and in-person presentations.

• Excellent business acumen, process management, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in building relationships with industry associations and key influencers.

• Competent in using CRM and sales automation tools to enhance efficiency.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 10-20%).

• Prior industry experience is preferred.

• PMP Certification is preferred and highly sought after.
