• Account Planning: Leverage internal tools and data to create customer engagement strategies, pinpoint usage gaps, and implement actions to enhance adoption.
• Customer Training & Enablement: Gain a comprehensive understanding of DAT’s product offerings and services to effectively convey their value, deliver training, and address daily customer requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and enlist appropriate DAT resources to ensure customer success.
• Issue Resolution: Actively address client issues or concerns, serving as a customer advocate within the organization while resolving compliance and receivables matters for current enterprise clients.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account base, as well as detect at-risk accounts before they approach cancellation.
• Engagement Cadence: Maintain consistent communication with customers to comprehend their evolving needs and ensure alignment with DAT solutions.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or another similar customer-facing position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on a customer-first approach.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage several initiatives concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
