This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Develop and prioritize strategic target account lists to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Create and dispatch tailored outreach content — including cold call scripts and email sequences — utilizing tools such as Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Implement outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups with marketing-qualified leads to maintain an active and growing pipeline.
• Assess and nurture opportunities through discovery conversations, arranging high-quality meetings for the Account Executives.
• Engage in discovery calls and demonstrations with senior decision-makers at target accounts, gaining insights into complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Monitor pipeline activities and keep precise, detailed records in Salesforce, encompassing account information, deal sizes, and statuses to aid in forecasting.
• Work alongside the wider sales team to continually enhance our playbooks, processes, and tools.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing quotas in previous sales positions, showcasing consistency, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong desire to learn and continually expand your understanding of Mimica’s value proposition, market, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Dedication to a career in technical software sales — focusing on pipeline development, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
• Motivation to achieve personal and professional objectives despite facing rejections or challenges.
• Strong discipline and capability to implement a structured approach to consistently meet your quota.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you should be comfortable initiating discussions, articulate your thoughts, and possess the ability to ask questions and listen actively.
• Bonus: Previous experience in cloud/SaaS sales development — researching and managing new and existing accounts.
