This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients across key sectors: Financial Services, Legal and Professional Services, Technology, and Life Sciences.
• Perform prospecting, outreach, and solution-oriented selling to enterprise decision-makers.
• Collaborate with new landlords of Enterprise Accounts throughout the sales process to align with SwiftConnect’s value proposition.
• Transition landlord relationships to Portfolio Managers after contract execution.
• Oversee assigned enterprise accounts within the EMEA region.
• Prioritize tenant deployments and facilitate successful implementation in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Lead discussions on renewals and identify opportunities for business expansion across various lines, regions, and use cases.
• Develop and sustain vertical-specific relationships with strategic partners, including HID, Allegion, Wavelynx, Apple, and Google.
• Conduct 6–8 high-quality meetings weekly (preferably in-person) with enterprise prospects, clients, and partners.
• Maintain a precise and current sales pipeline, ensuring timely tracking of opportunities, renewals, and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on account strategy and execution.
• 5–8+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in Access Control, SaaS, PropTech, Identity, or workplace technology.
• Proven track record in selling to vertical-specific enterprises and managing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise buying cycles and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with access control, digital credentials, or related technologies is advantageous.
