Enterprise Broker Customer Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Account Planning: Utilize internal tools and data to create customer engagement strategies, identify usage gaps, and implement actions to promote adoption.

• Customer Training & Enablement: Gain a deep understanding of DAT’s product offerings and services to effectively convey their value, deliver training, and assist with everyday customer requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and engage relevant DAT resources to ensure customer success.

• Issue Resolution: Take initiative to address client issues or concerns, serving as an advocate for the customer within the organization.

• Engagement Cadence: Foster consistent communication with customers to grasp their changing needs and ensure alignment with DAT solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing position.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
