Enterprise Architect – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define, maintain, and enhance solution architecture in alignment with business goals, product specifications, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Release Train Engineer, Product Owners, System Architects, and development teams.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Engage in PI Planning, architectural runway definition, backlog refinement, and various SAFe ceremonies.

• Identify and prioritize architectural enablers, technical dependencies, and non-functional requirements.

• Assess architectural trade-offs, recognize technical risks, and drive decisions across teams.

• Facilitate integration across systems, components, and platforms.

• Ensure interoperability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Contribute to technical solution design for new business opportunities, RFPs, and customer proposals.

• Work closely with Business Development, Account Management, and Delivery teams to grasp customer needs.

• Participate in customer workshops, technical presentations, and discussions for solution defense.

• Assist in developing technical capabilities, reference architectures, accelerators, AI capabilities, and differentiated service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in digital engineering/IT.

• Solid background in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in designing scalable, secure, and complex solution architectures.

• Familiarity with system integration and enterprise-level solutions.

• Strong comprehension of SAFe/Agile methodologies.

• Preferably hands-on experience in ART environments and PI Planning.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Proficient in evaluating architectural trade-offs and driving technical decisions across various teams.

• Experience in presales activities, technical solution design, RFPs, and customer-facing presentations or workshops.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Exposure to AI capabilities, reference architectures, and technical innovation is considered a plus.

• Previous experience in the Life Sciences domain is regarded as an advantage.
