• Collaborate with companies in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Lending sectors.

• Build and nurture relationships with IT stakeholders within customer organizations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward effective solutions.

• Enhance your understanding of the Salesforce platform through ongoing training and hands-on exploration.

• Advocate for the value proposition and benefits of the Salesforce Platform.

• Provide education to customers and colleagues on developing and customizing Platform applications.

• Inform deal strategies by offering insights into the technical buyer's perspective.

• Stay updated on partner technologies and competitive offerings.

• Share insights, best practices, and lessons learned with team members.

• Continue personal growth as a technologist and presales expert.

• Ability to comprehend both business and IT department needs.

• Outstanding executive presence with a proven capacity to explain complex subjects clearly.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise software applications.

• Experience with GenAI and/or a readiness to engage with coding agents.

• Understanding of database and data management fundamentals.

• Familiarity with application lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of integration principles and tools.

• Expertise in process orchestration.

• Understanding of network, application, and information security principles.

• Experience with machine learning concepts, including predictive and generative AI.

• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, MIS, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or other relevant STEM or business degrees, or equivalent professional experience.
