Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assess current projects and determine necessary business capabilities

• Drive the target landscape and develop strategic roadmaps

• Engage in the design and establishment of MMA’s business unit Enterprise Architecture team

• Offer critical evaluations and feedback on proposals and initiatives

• Mentor and advise technology colleagues and team members

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture

• Solid background in developing enterprise technical solutions and strategies

• Leadership experience overseeing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects

• Demonstrated experience as a domain architect or enterprise architect within a large insurance or brokerage firm

• TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Certification
