This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Work closely with enterprise clients to architect and implement multi-cloud solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer success initiatives, guaranteeing the effective delivery of solutions across Salesforce clouds and associated technologies.
• Foster growth by identifying value-driven opportunities within the current customer portfolio.
• Lead the technical discovery phase to evaluate existing environments and propose solutions based on established best practices.
• Offer consultative advice on utilizing Salesforce products, including Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and additional cloud technologies.
• Present high-impact presentations to clients, demonstrating the business value of the recommended solutions.
• Serve as a customer advocate within ListEngage, collaborating with internal teams such as Sales and Strategy to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist with pre/post-project activities, encompassing customer discovery, training, and managed services.
• Examine client data to pinpoint opportunities for further solution enhancements and provide suggestions for future growth.
• Remain informed about the latest trends in multi-cloud architectures, Salesforce updates, and digital transformation strategies.
• Over 8 years of experience in customer success, technical architecture, or a similar capacity within an enterprise SaaS setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering multi-cloud solutions, with a strong command of Salesforce clouds.
• Proven history of recognizing growth opportunities and driving revenue expansion within an existing customer base.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, data integration, and CRM systems.
