This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops and provides guidance on enterprise architecture models.
• Aligns technology projects with business goals and user experiences.
• Advises on technological trends and innovations.
• Validates the requirements for solution discovery and aligns them with customer outcomes and experiences.
• Presents the full portfolio of C1 and the "Human Experience" narrative of C1 (ConvergeOne).
• Collaborates closely with key clients and fosters important technical relationships.
• Works in tandem with Account Executives to create synergistic partnerships that ensure a cohesive approach to customer needs, from solution development to account management.
• Leads technical teams, including Design Engineers, Solution Architects, Chief Advisors, Delivery Engineers, Project Managers, and Managed Services engineers.
• Oversees the entire sales process, managing deals from discovery through project implementation while supporting adoption in collaboration with Services, PM, and Lifecycle teams.
• Acts as the primary orchestrator for significant deals, ensuring seamless integration of all deal components from initial customer requirements to final implementation plans.
• Engages directly with key customers, both virtually and ideally in-person, to cultivate relationships, lead projects (pre-sales, post-sales, and managed services), and ensure the success of C1.
• Maintains continuous engagement with customers utilizing managed services, ensuring their evolving needs are consistently met and that our solutions align with their long-term goals.
• Remains actively connected with assigned customers, including during non-project periods.
• Significant experience in enterprise-level projects.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to empathize with customers' needs, showcasing understanding and insight.
• Capable of acting as a trusted advisor, fostering long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with customers.
• Exhibits comprehensive technical expertise across various domains and service models (pre-sales, delivery, and managed services).
• Profound understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, collaboration, and infrastructure design.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, providing accurate solution architecture for clients.
• Proficient in communicating with all organizational levels, including executive personnel, bridging the gap between business users and information technology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to present complex technical information understandably to non-technical stakeholders; excellent relationship-building and collaboration abilities.
• Skilled in negotiating with vendors, team members, and stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
• Adaptive to new challenges and technologies, staying informed about industry trends.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Capable of identifying and assessing technical risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Proficient in mentoring, guiding, and managing technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in the area of focus.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
