This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver Tier 1 assistance to end-users through help desk tickets, resolving issues related to enterprise applications.
• Examine data, discern trends, and provide recommendations utilizing SSRS, Power BI, Microsoft CRM, Workday, and similar tools.
• Leverage Azure DevOps, AAD, and B2C for troubleshooting purposes.
• Diagnose problems, pinpoint root causes, and execute effective solutions.
• Navigate EVV applications to resolve shift and login-related challenges.
• Identify and rectify issues, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and propose viable solutions.
• Engage in both internal and external meetings.
• Detect, document, and relay BUG statuses to end users.
• Support enterprise application deployments and testing for new releases and updates.
• Oversee applications to ensure they operate correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT, Business Ops, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
• Monitor application performance utilizing Azure Application Insights.
• Extract shift data from databases for troubleshooting, BUG documentation, and Medicaid Fraud investigations.
• Amend and update incorrect shift data in portal databases.
• Preserve documentation of processes and procedures.
• Resolve incidents and requests within established time frames.
• Track deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Participate in after-hours work and on-call rotations.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate IT setting.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and related technologies.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, AAD, and B2C.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for both technical and general audiences.
• Exceptional customer service skills for end-users and colleagues.
• Reliability and excellent communication abilities.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to successfully clear a background screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
