This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
⢠Deliver enterprise-wide visibility, governance coordination, cost transparency, and operational oversight throughout Hershey's AI ecosystem.
⢠Maintain a definitive inventory of AI assets and agent identities.
⢠Oversee the registration and sanctioning processes for new AI solutions.
⢠Track AI adoption and usage trends.
⢠Ensure adherence to enterprise policies, governance requirements, and relevant AI regulations, including the EU AI Act.
⢠Manage processes, reporting, and operational frameworks relating to AI assets, ownership, usage, costs, and compliance.
⢠Act as the operational liaison between AI enablement teams, business stakeholders, Finance, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Governance functions.
⢠Provide governance orchestration, scorecard reporting, cost attribution, risk management coordination, and inventory management.
⢠Oversee governance activities across AI platforms, agents, copilots, and automation solutions.
⢠Aid leadership decision-making through executive reporting.
⢠Promote continuous enhancement of AI governance and control processes.
⢠Maintain records for the AI asset lifecycle, including discovery, registration, ownership tracking, usage visibility, dormancy, and retirement.
⢠Manage AI risk classification, approval workflows, production sanctioning, exception management, and post-deployment monitoring.
⢠Coordinate cross-functional reviews and AI incident escalation.
⢠Provide AI spending reports that cover licensing, subscriptions, cloud consumption, platform costs, and token utilization.
⢠Collaborate with Finance on cost attribution methodologies, transitioning from showback to chargeback.
⢠Develop and sustain AI scorecards and dashboards that track adoption, usage, governance status, inventory health, compliance, and expenditure.
⢠Maintain value measurement methodologies, evidence standards, and governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
⢠5-8 years of experience in governance, compliance, operational oversight, portfolio management, or enterprise technology programs.
⢠Experience in managing or administering reporting, scorecards, dashboards, inventory management, or operational performance metrics.
⢠Familiarity with AI and technology governance frameworks, including NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
⢠Understanding of risk management practices, compliance processes, privacy requirements, and policy enforcement.
⢠Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving technology, business, finance, legal, security, compliance, and governance stakeholders.
⢠Strong analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
⢠Ability to distill large volumes of operational, financial, and governance data into actionable insights.
⢠Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Privacy, Data Analytics, Compliance, Information Systems, Risk Management, Technology, or a related discipline.
