This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership and program management across the entire range of AI initiatives within Gas Power Services.
• Ensure cross-portfolio visibility for Services AI initiatives.
• Oversee the AI initiative pipeline, including milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Own program-level status updates and executive dashboards for senior management.
• Manage the centralized intake process for new AI use cases and requests.
• Assess, prioritize, and direct incoming proposals.
• Detect duplicate submissions and identify opportunities to merge or streamline efforts.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics, AI token expenditure against business value, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop and sustain portfolio health and ROI dashboards.
• Present insights on value realization to leadership and facilitate corrective measures.
• Establish and uphold standards for responsible AI utilization, data management, model governance, and solution lifecycle oversight.
• Collaborate with Digital Transformation and enterprise governance stakeholders to ensure adherence to GEV AI policies.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks.
• Lead discovery and ideation processes aimed at high-value AI transformation opportunities.
• Conduct design thinking workshops and structured evaluations with business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a prioritized transformation roadmap.
• Develop training content, enablement materials, and upskilling programs.
• Coordinate content calendars and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with GenAI Process Managers, IT/Digital Transformation, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to drive organizational change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in program/portfolio management, digital transformation, or operational leadership within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of overseeing multiple simultaneous initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrable experience in defining and monitoring portfolio-level KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI assessments.
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks, standards, or compliance programs.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Previous experience with Python or GenAI methodologies and tools.
• Background in Services, Field Services, Supply Chain, or industrial operations environments.
• Familiarity with Field Service outage planning processes, encompassing resources, tools, sourcing, and training procedures.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or its equivalent.
• Previous roles as Service Manager, Outage Manager, or CPM are beneficial.
• Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer needs, and budgeting/financial processes.
• Extensive systems experience within the Services domain.
• Experience in developing and managing intake processes, portfolio dashboards, or PMO functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven commitment to process improvement.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or an equivalent quality certification.
• Formal Lean training/certification, including Value Stream Mapping and Daily Management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
