This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying client challenges and advising on best practices to assist clients in achieving their financial transformation objectives within your designated portfolio.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance product utilization and optimize accounts across the platform to ensure a high customer retention rate and foster expansion possibilities.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, conveying the latest relevant product updates and forthcoming roadmap improvements to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with pertinent internal stakeholders, sharing insights tailored to the specific requirements of your clients.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within your portfolio.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person executive client meetings to broaden our influence, promote end-user adoption, reduce churn, and drive expansion.
• Serve as the customer advocate to comprehend their needs and inform the product roadmap alongside the Product and Engineering teams.
• Partner with Account Management and Account Executives to uphold a high gross retention rate for renewals and expand the pipeline within your accounts.
• Exhibit strategic thinking by analyzing complex client scenarios, accurately diagnosing root issues, and implementing comprehensive remediation strategies.
• Cultivate referenceable customers at both the product and user levels.
• Monitor and forecast essential account metrics (e.g., churn, net revenue retention, product adoption).
• Over 5 years of experience in accounting, consulting, auditing, accounting advisory, or a similar customer success role.
• A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience working with or for enterprise-level organizations.
• Strong accounting fundamentals with practical experience in closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively amidst competing demands.
• Clear and assertive communication abilities with both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.
• A high degree of ownership and accountability for execution quality and customer experience.
