This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Safeguard and enhance Veeva's presence through effective daily account management, a strong emphasis on operational excellence, and a dedication to understanding and supporting your client's business and IT objectives.
• Oversee Client Partnerships and manage the account for Commercials, aiming to establish yourself as a trusted long-term partner.
• Take responsibility for formulating and executing the account vision, strategy, and operational methods.
• Act as the representative for your clients within Veeva by prioritizing their needs and making decisions that benefit them.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement, while also seeking to form new connections as necessary.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles, clearly communicate contextual value propositions, and negotiate essential contracts and annual license renewals.
• Handle account administration and provide valuable input for precise forecasting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and enhance your knowledge of both legacy and innovative Veeva offerings.
• Over 8 years of cumulative experience in software sales and consulting.
• In-depth understanding of the Life Sciences sector and familiarity with digital transformation efforts in Commercial within this industry.
• Demonstrated success in fostering multi-layered relationships across various functions, including business, IT, and procurement.
• Strong organizational skills paired with an appropriate level of attention to detail.
• A robust work ethic with a heightened sense of urgency regarding customer needs.
• Self-motivated and proactive, requiring minimal direct supervision.
• Located in Germany or Switzerland.
