This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Meeting sales targets and managing the sales budget effectively.
• Developing and nurturing senior-level relationships within designated accounts.
• Gaining insight into customer decision-makers and influencers to enhance profitable sales and safeguard core business.
• Identifying innovative strategic solutions for the commercial team.
• Delivering precise and timely forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborating across APOC US Commercial functions to achieve commercial objectives.
• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the activities of the broader commercial team (sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
• Recognizing sales opportunities and effectively representing the company and its offerings.
• Partnering with the leadership team to assign roles, set expectations, define responsibilities, and establish timelines.
• Acting as an internal advocate for customers and utilizing internal relationships to advance business goals.
• Managing contract negotiations, pricing, proposal/bid preparation, customer service, and follow-up efforts.
• Assisting in the development of strategic sales plans and tactics, which include annual territory/regional plans and sales forecasts.
• Monitoring market, customer, and competitor trends while advising management on enhancing company competitiveness.
• Collaborating closely with APOC US Marketing to uncover new opportunities and formulate marketing strategies and programs.
• Providing consistent sales reports, forecasts, and communications with sales and marketing leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of sales or related experience, particularly in selling to executive-level decision-makers within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, medical device, or Point of Care sectors.
• Demonstrated success in strategic account management, value-based solution selling, contract negotiations, and driving revenue growth in complex healthcare organizations.
• Proven ability to establish and influence senior-level relationships, lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, and navigate intricate customer organizations to create effective solutions.
• Strong business and financial acumen, complemented by excellent negotiation, problem-solving, critical thinking, leadership, and networking capabilities.
• Documented history of sales success.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and be open to traveling up to 60%.
