This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead Account Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for all account management activities concerning enterprise hospitality and event clients, which includes staffing planning, shift fulfillment, and ongoing labor strategies.

• Build Executive & Regional Alignment: Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with regional event/culinary directors, general managers, corporate food service directors, venue concessionaires, and VP-level operations leaders.

• Understand Industry Dynamics: Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s operational landscape, including seasonal staffing fluctuations, last-minute event bookings or cancellations, variable labor costs, and guest service expectations, to proactively address their workforce requirements.

• Drive Contract Growth & Retention: Manage and expand client accounts by identifying upsell and growth opportunities across regional event venues, venue networks, multi-unit properties, or new culinary and hospitality labor categories.

• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key hospitality accounts, aligning WorkWhile's workforce solutions with their operational objectives, ROI goals, and guest experience standards.

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Guarantee timely and effective shift fulfillment in accordance with strict client SLAs, worker reliability metrics, and service quality expectations for high-profile events.

• Transparent Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly workforce initiatives to both internal operations teams and enterprise client executives.

• Track & Forecast Metrics: Monitor and project key account metrics such as fill rates, worker attendance and performance, client satisfaction scores, and revenue retention and growth.

• Deliver Business Reviews: Produce regular account health reports and quarterly business reviews customized for venue operators, contract food service executives, and catering leadership teams.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance WorkWhile's presence across new venue networks or regional operator groups, and partner with internal Operations teams to ensure fulfillment during peak times (e.g., stadium game days, busy catering seasons, major conferences).

• Issue Escalation & Resolution: Assist with challenging client requests or live-event operational escalations, providing prompt and effective resolutions to minimize disruption to the guest experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the contract food service, event management, catering, venue operations, or flexible workforce solutions sectors.

• Deep Hospitality & Event IQ: A comprehensive understanding of the logistics involved in large-scale catering, stadium operations, corporate dining, and how workforce reliability directly influences guest experience and profit margins.

• Executive Presence & Influence: Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, from regional culinary directors and venue general managers to VP-level hospitality executives.

• Multi-Unit Expertise: Experience in managing multi-unit, enterprise-scale hospitality accounts, venue networks, or multi-city event portfolios.

• Tech Stack Proficiency: Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Google Suite.

• Track Record of Growth: Demonstrated history of delivering client-centric labor solutions, maintaining high customer retention rates, and achieving revenue growth and expansion targets.

• Agility & Attention to Detail: Capability to manage multiple complex enterprise accounts and fast-paced event schedules while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
