This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Cultivate long-term, mutually advantageous relationships within our high-value and strategic customer account segment.
• Aim to enhance Fleetio’s presence across large fleet-holding enterprises and increase the utilization of Fleetio’s comprehensive range of products and services.
• Optimize Fleetio’s revenue growth by supporting customer expansion after they integrate our platform.
• Act as a liaison between senior-level customer stakeholders and various teams within Fleetio to guide each customer’s growth journey post-sale.
• Expand product usage and establish enduring partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for development within existing key accounts.
• Propel ARR growth by aligning our offerings with customer objectives.
• Meet NRR targets by managing intricate renewal contracts and procedures.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales and Enterprise Account Management, with a proven history of consistently exceeding quotas.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to utilization and growth.
• Strong track record in identifying customer business goals to reveal previously untapped expansion opportunities, building multi-level and senior customer relationships, and presenting data-driven ROI assessments to large enterprises.
• Comfortable engaging with C-Suite executives, operations managers, and sales leaders.
• Eager to travel for in-person customer operations visits to gain insights into their technology use and identify improvement or expansion opportunities.
• Possess a keen sense of timing, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to assertively negotiate when necessary.
• Capable of maintaining focus and discipline with time management.
• Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Resourceful and determined, but also willing to seek assistance when needed.
• Enthusiastic about technology and its potential to enhance productivity.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
• Willingness to travel as required—up to 30% of the time, typically for short periods (1-3 days, depending on location).
