This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Efficiently oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts within our emerging markets.

• Act as the primary internal advocate for market insights, delivering updates to our sales, product, and marketing teams about our strategies for success in emerging markets.

• Develop strategic account plans that outline avenues for expansion and additional upselling opportunities.

• Maintain a proactive pipeline of anticipated renewals and expansions to achieve quota targets.

• Serve as a hiring coach and strategic partner to our clients—this is accomplished through exceptional product knowledge and industry expertise.

• Cultivate relationships at all levels within our clients' organizations.

• Actively engage in the enhancement and development of internal operational processes.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as dictated by business needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A demonstrated history in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role.

• Proficiency in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.

• Experience in Enterprise account management or customer success positions, ideally with a focus on renewals.

• A collaborative approach with a strong capability to work across functions toward shared objectives.
