This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of Tier 1 revenue growth through systematic account planning, identification of whitespace opportunities, and alignment with executive business goals.
• Lead end-to-end upsell, cross-sell, and renewal processes, including discovery, business case formulation, negotiations, and closing.
• Ensure precise forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and commercial visibility through disciplined utilization of Salesforce, Trumpet, and other essential sales tools.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders, including economic buyers and executive sponsors, to expedite deal velocity and mitigate revenue risks.
• Base commercial decisions on quantified value and ROI, structuring multi-year agreements to enhance retention and ARR growth.
• Deliver executive presentations, demonstrations, and strategic discussions that effectively communicate the value of our platform to decision-makers.
• Gain a deep understanding of client business operations and contexts to facilitate the integration of Auror Core and its additional functionalities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior retail executives and leaders in Asset Protection / Loss Prevention.
• Lead strategic dialogues that connect Auror’s platform to enterprise priorities and measurable business impact, positioning Auror as a long-term partner.
• Manage client expectations and internal alignment, ensuring product requests, escalations, and commercial commitments are organized and strategically prioritized.
• Serve as an industry advocate, representing Auror at significant events and influencing the retail sector's approach to crime prevention.
• Collaborate with Account Executives during the pilot and initial deployment phases for Tier 1 clients.
• Assume complete commercial ownership following the initial contract.
• Develop 12–24 month expansion roadmaps that align with customer objectives.
• Remove obstacles and mitigate risks to ensure prompt deployment and growth.
• Work closely with Customer Success, who leads Business Reviews and value realization efforts.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Sales, including a proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise accounts.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential for this position.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in closing expansion and renewal agreements.
• Effective negotiator comfortable leading discussions on multi-year SaaS contracts.
• Executive presence with the capability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to developing account strategies.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, demonstrating disciplined pipeline management.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Preferred: Experience in retail, Asset Protection, or Loss Prevention settings.
• Preferred: Experience working within a land-and-expand SaaS model.
• Competitive salary range: Depending on experience, between $130,000 - $155,000 (IC5) with a 60/40 split.
