Enterprise Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a strategic prospecting plan for key accounts in the UKI at Quest.

• Discover new logos and pursue upsell opportunities to enhance the adoption of the Quest Trusted Data Management Platform among current clients.

• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, Chief Data Officers, Heads of Data, and enterprise architects.

• Drive consultative sales engagements centered on the data strategies, governance initiatives, and data product development of customers.

• Present Quest’s model-first methodology as the cornerstone for delivering trusted, governed, and reusable data products.

• Collaborate closely with solution engineering, services, and partner teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers.

• Analyze customer landscapes, industry trends, and organizational priorities to uncover new growth opportunities.

• Relay feedback from strategic customers to internal teams to influence go-to-market strategies and platform development.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities and consistently meet or exceed assigned annual sales goals.

• Provide regular updates regarding account development, pipeline progression, and revenue predictions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant sales experience with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.

• Demonstrated success as an Enterprise Sales Executive / Account Manager within the data management, software, or IT sectors.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining strong client relationships.

• Strong negotiation skills coupled with a constructive, problem-solving mindset.

• Experience in Data Operations, Data Intelligence, Data Governance, or Data Management solutions is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients.
