• Build and maintain robust business relationships at the executive level within Enterprise accounts that have over 2,500 users (across various sectors).
• Concentrate on both acquiring new accounts and enhancing our presence with current customers by introducing them to our comprehensive security, compliance, and information protection platform.
• Clearly communicate and advocate for the company’s value proposition and services to establish yourself as a trusted advisor within your customer base.
• Collaborate with internal resources, including aligned System Engineers, to create account strategies and plans.
• Work alongside Systems Engineers to organize and deliver engaging and flawless product demonstrations.
• Partner with the channel ecosystem to access new accounts.
• Ensure operational excellence, including accurate forecasting and progress in pipeline generation.
• Stay informed about Proofpoint’s competitive positioning in the market.
• Proven technology sales professional, particularly focused on SaaS value-based technologies.
• Experience in Cyber Security is advantageous.
• A demonstrated history of exceeding targets, acquiring new logos, and effectively leveraging channel partnerships.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a persistent attitude with a high level of activity, including customer and partner meetings that emphasize executive value selling (CISO, CIO, CMO, etc.).
• Capability to forge business relationships at the executive level and to become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Experience in closing complex, high-value business opportunities.
• Proficient in formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, and Command of the Message.
• A growth mindset, openness to coaching, and commitment to following a proven sales process.
• An entrepreneurial self-starter with a consistent focus on account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity advancement.
• Ideally, you will have experience using Salesforce.
• Fluent in English and the local regional language is essential.
