Enterprise Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that align with business goals and guidelines.

• Oversee account performance, proactively resolving issues and pinpointing opportunities for growth.

• Ensure ongoing communication with clients to maintain satisfaction and encourage contract renewals.

• Keep precise records of issues, resolutions, and growth prospects.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, sharing insights to shape team strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Account Management.

• Profound understanding of logistics industry principles and terminology.
