Enterprise Account Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, comprehending their needs and delivering customized solutions that align with business goals and guidelines.

• Oversee account performance, proactively resolving issues and recognizing opportunities for expansion.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage contract renewals.

• Keep precise records of challenges, resolutions, and growth opportunities.

• Remain updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, sharing insights to shape team strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Account Management.

• Profound understanding of logistics industry principles and terminology.
