This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from identifying opportunities to finalizing contracts.
• Develop and secure a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts within large engineering firms.
• Create qualified opportunities through both outbound prospecting and incoming leads.
• Conduct engaging demos that set Coder apart, articulating our value proposition with clarity and confidence.
• Work closely with Sales Engineers to provide a comprehensive technical assessment.
• Collaborate with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Travel as necessary to support deals and foster customer relationships.
• A minimum of 5 years in software sales with a solid background in prospecting (preferably in Developer, Agent, DevSecOps, or Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) technologies).
• At least 3 years of experience selling to Fortune 500 companies.
• Proven experience in engaging with software engineering leaders and technical decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools.
• Familiarity with GenAI & Agentic development tools (such as Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, Goose, Copilot, etc.).
• Knowledge of various sales cycles (startup, midsize, enterprise).
• Provides equity options.
• Offers commission incentives.
