This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This individual will engage directly with CareXM clients and internal teams to retain and expand Enterprise customers.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships and managing retention for a designated number of the company's key accounts.
• Focused on delivering value-driven interactions at all organizational levels: from C-Suite and Executives to nursing staff utilizing the technology.
• Develop strategic account plans that outline a path for high customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and client referrals.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, possessing familiarity with clinical terminology, processes, and procedures.
• Possess deep knowledge and understanding of all products, tools, and services provided by CareXM.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients.
• Travel occasionally to support client relationships and/or the sales team.
• Prepare and present informed Quarterly Business Reviews to Executive Team members, concentrating on value realization.
• Coordinate and work with various internal teams (Sales, IT, Implementations, etc.) to ensure consistent and solid service delivery to clients.
• Lead and facilitate the resolution of any client issues, changes, or enhancements.
• Proactively collaborate with clients to introduce and implement service enhancements, when applicable.
• Create meeting agendas, document meeting notes and client communications, and develop innovative solutions within the available options.
• Effectively communicate with all internal teams regarding client changes and/or updates.
• Maintain frequent and effective contact with clients, especially during the implementation of upgrades/changes to accounts.
• Operate as a subject-matter expert (SME) on best practices and policies, continually educating oneself on industry trends and their impact on customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 7 years of sales and/or account management experience required, including at least 2 years of experience with large Enterprise customers preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare technology is essential.
• Strong skills in relationship development and management.
• High degree of self-agency and empathy, along with the ability to demonstrate extreme ownership over a dedicated set of accounts, supporting some of the largest Hospice and Home Health organizations nationwide.
• Experience employing strategic account management practices.
• Proven history of managing and scaling high-value, enterprise-level client relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams to executive leadership (C-suite).
• Quickly learn key characteristics of new products/solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Excellent problem resolution abilities.
• Capability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives.
• Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor.
• Skill in leading a diverse group to address customer needs.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Previous experience utilizing Salesforce as the project reporting tool and forecasting method is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers and/or attend industry conferences.
