This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish trust and cultivate robust business relationships with key decision-makers in Absorb’s most promising accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans to implement strategies that will foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal resources (Leadership, Solutions Engineers, Account Development representatives) to formulate and execute expansion plans from Discovery to Closed Won.
• Oversee your pipeline to ensure timely actions are taken to facilitate sales through to closure.
• Work synergistically with support and technology teams to gain expertise in Absorb LMS and the broader learning management landscape.
• Showcase Absorb LMS functionality and offer pricing options that align with customer goals, contributing to Absorb’s ongoing growth.
• Partner with existing Customer Success resources to identify risks and minimize churn wherever feasible.
• Utilize customer and prospect engagement tools and systems, ensuring relevant information is updated within these platforms.
• Keep track of and report on market and competitor activities, providing pertinent reports and insights.
• Solid background in technology sales and client management with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
• Capability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within client organizations.
• Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience engaging with a global client base.
• Willingness to travel for business as necessary.
• Strong collaborator and team player internally.
• Post-secondary education – undergraduate business degree or MBA.
