This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and strategically target large enterprise accounts across various industries.
• Create outbound sequences, utilize your network, participate in relevant industry events, and establish partner and channel relationships to cultivate a qualified pipeline.
• Conduct thorough discovery processes to evaluate decision-maker access, technical compatibility, budget cycles, and strategic urgency before dedicating extensive resources.
• Maintain a pipeline that consistently exceeds 3–4 times your quarterly target.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from the initial meeting through to the signed contract on deals you initiate.
• Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments, including CX leadership, IT, procurement, and C-suite, simultaneously.
• Develop persuasive business cases focused on cost reduction, call deflection rates, improvement in CSAT, and revenue generation.
• Oversee RFP processes, security assessments, and legal cycles while maintaining deal momentum.
• Meet and surpass quarterly TCV targets.
• Retain commercial responsibility for strategic accounts post-close to facilitate expansion and renewal.
• Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer back to product and leadership teams.
• Proven B2B enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrable history of closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
• Experience selling to large enterprise accounts in complex environments is highly preferred.
• A background in voice AI, conversational AI, contact center technology, or CX automation is a significant advantage.
• Proven capability to build a pipeline from the ground up; you have held a founding or early-stage enterprise sales role and understand its demands.
• Comfortable managing lengthy sales cycles (6–18 months) involving multiple stakeholders and procurement gatekeepers.
• Strong commercial instincts; you are capable of constructing a business case, justifying pricing, and negotiating enterprise agreements.
• CRM discipline: you manage your pipeline within a system, not in your head.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset given our Montreal location and the Canadian enterprise market.
