
Enterprise Account Executive – Public Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and implement a business strategy for the designated territory or market.
• Create opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and procurement avenues.
• Cultivate relationships with chiefs, sheriffs, prosecutors, investigators, CIOs, CISOs, and procurement officials.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions to comprehend the operational, legal, and security needs of agencies.
• Convert agency requirements into suitable technical and business solutions.
• Present information to executive, technical, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
• Facilitate product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept assessments.
• Manage the entire sales process from qualification through negotiation to contract award.
• Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and statements of work.
• Lead or assist in responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Navigate government procurement processes, budget cycles, and contract vehicles.
• Keep accurate forecasts in the CRM.
• Develop relationships with RMS, CAD, body-camera, cloud, and systems-integration partners.
• Represent VIDIZMO at public safety conferences and industry events.
• Provide market insights to product and marketing teams.
• Create a prioritized territory and target-account strategy.
• Establish a sustainable pipeline of qualified public-safety opportunities.
• Forge relationships with key decision-makers in agencies.
• Acquire new customers and achieve designated bookings goals.
• Offer market feedback to enhance VIDIZMO's public-safety go-to-market approach.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or government technology sales.
• Proven experience selling to law enforcement, justice agencies, or governmental organizations.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders in government.
• Knowledge of public-sector budgeting and procurement processes.
• Excellent discovery, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, demonstrations, and conferences.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred existing connections within law enforcement, prosecution, or public safety agencies.
• Experience in selling digital evidence management, video management, or AI solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with FBI CJIS Security Policy and related public-sector security requirements is preferred.
• Experience with government contract vehicles and cooperative purchasing programs is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to undergo employment background screening.
• Ability to complete fingerprint-based screening when necessary.
• Ability to fulfill CJIS security awareness and customer-specific training requirements.
• Ability to sign confidentiality, acceptable-use, and security agreements.
• Ability to comply with agency requirements governing access to facilities, systems, and Criminal Justice Information.
• Ability to maintain eligibility for entry into government and law enforcement facilities.
• Employment background screening and fingerprint-based screening when necessary.
• CJIS security awareness and customer-specific training.
• Confidentiality, acceptable-use, and security agreements.
