This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with customers and potential clients within the designated territory.
• Depend on collaborative account planning with Partners’ sales representatives to enhance the pipeline and finalize deals.
• Cultivate and secure business opportunities alongside Acronis partners, alliances, and the designated sales team within various accounts.
• Achieve or surpass individual and collective revenue objectives.
• Utilize business generated by Partners with End Users/Customers.
• Build a sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to convert sales discussions into identified prospects.
• Log forecasting and account/opportunity information in Acronis's CRM (SalesForce); provide weekly updates on aspects such as dollar amounts, status, decision-makers, and next steps for closing opportunities.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to advance opportunities towards closure, including working with Systems Engineers for technical qualification and delivering product demonstrations.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned and meet the performance expectations for the specific grade.
• Enhance the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
• Ensure the health and accuracy of the SFDC pipeline, proactively addressing any process errors.
• Monitor and escalate technical case resolutions as needed.
• Achieve a high-quality coaching score.
• 5 years of experience in Sales-related roles.
• A proactive approach to work.
• Willingness to go above and beyond.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SalesForce or other CRM systems.
• 5 years of experience in outbound/cold calling.
