πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create and implement a sales strategy specifically designed for large life sciences organizations, emphasizing digital transformation, compliance, and innovation in research and development as well as manufacturing.

β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech firms to promote account expansion and foster long-term partnerships.

β€’ Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, employing a solution-oriented approach that tackles industry-specific issues, including regulatory compliance and process optimization.

β€’ Partner with internal departments, such as product management and technical sales, to provide solutions using CAD, PLM, SLM, IoT, AR, and various other digital technologies.

β€’ Keep updated on life sciences regulations, such as FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, to assist clients in developing compliance and risk management strategies.

β€’ Detect and pursue growth opportunities by assessing market trends in the life sciences field, including developments in precision medicine, biotechnology, and changes in regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within the life sciences industry.

β€’ Demonstrated success in managing and expanding accounts in large, heavily regulated organizations, with a record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.

β€’ Proficiency in solution-based selling to address challenges related to digital transformation and regulatory compliance in life sciences.

β€’ Knowledge of the life sciences sector, especially regarding medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech clients.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

β€’ Ability to travel within the Americas as necessary to connect with key life sciences clients.
