
Enterprise Account Executive β Medtech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and implement a sales strategy specifically designed for large life sciences organizations, emphasizing digital transformation, compliance, and innovation in research and development as well as manufacturing.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech firms to promote account expansion and foster long-term partnerships.
β’ Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, employing a solution-oriented approach that tackles industry-specific issues, including regulatory compliance and process optimization.
β’ Partner with internal departments, such as product management and technical sales, to provide solutions using CAD, PLM, SLM, IoT, AR, and various other digital technologies.
β’ Keep updated on life sciences regulations, such as FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, to assist clients in developing compliance and risk management strategies.
β’ Detect and pursue growth opportunities by assessing market trends in the life sciences field, including developments in precision medicine, biotechnology, and changes in regulations.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within the life sciences industry.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing and expanding accounts in large, heavily regulated organizations, with a record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
β’ Proficiency in solution-based selling to address challenges related to digital transformation and regulatory compliance in life sciences.
β’ Knowledge of the life sciences sector, especially regarding medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech clients.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Ability to travel within the Americas as necessary to connect with key life sciences clients.
