This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development of strategic market initiatives and account strategies.
• You play a pivotal role in defining the go-to-market approach for the manufacturing sector.
• Engage in prospecting, manage the sales cycle, and close deals.
• As a proactive hunter, you approach new clients through cold outreach, leveraging your network and participating in industry events, confidently guiding complex enterprise deals to completion.
• Employ solution selling techniques and pain-point identification.
• During discussions with stakeholders in engineering, procurement, and operations, you thoroughly investigate and uncover pain points, transforming them into compelling, value-driven proposals that resonate with C-level executives and hierarchical organizations.
• Support and nurture existing customer relationships.
• You convert every acquired customer into a long-term partnership, actively pursuing upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaboration across functions.
• You work closely with sales leadership, SDRs, marketing, as well as product and customer success teams.
• Ownership of revenue and forecasting.
• You take complete responsibility for your revenue goals and play a crucial role in driving growth within the manufacturing segment.
• You possess a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration, or you have equivalent, demonstrable practical experience.
• You have a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales with significant revenue responsibilities and a history of closing complex enterprise deals.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of engineering, procurement, and cost-engineering processes, and you can communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• You have experience working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• You navigate through complex hierarchical organizations with ease, winning over even the most challenging decision-makers.
• You possess substantial experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
• You are ambitious, persistent, and competitive in your approach.
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills that persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• You are fluent in both German and English, with negotiation-level proficiency.
• You already have a robust network within the manufacturing industry.
