• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of Enterprise Life Sciences accounts, driving growth opportunities across various business units and functions.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies that align with customer transformation priorities and UiPath's growth objectives.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, leaders in Digital Transformation, AI Centers of Excellence, as well as IT, Operations, and Shared Services teams.
• Present UiPath's agentic automation and AI platform through a consultative, value-driven sales approach aimed at achieving measurable business results.
• Manage intricate enterprise sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and partner ecosystems.
• Discover opportunities to enhance automation adoption across operational, compliance, quality, supply chain, finance, and customer-facing processes.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers and long-term growth of accounts.
• Collaborate with Global Systems Integrators and strategic partners to create new opportunities and expedite the realization of customer value.
• Keep abreast of trends in the Life Sciences industry, the competitive landscape, regulatory issues, and new AI initiatives.
• More than 8 years of experience in enterprise software or solution/value selling.
• At least 5 years of experience successfully managing and growing Enterprise Life Sciences accounts within BioPharma or Medical Device organizations.
• Proven experience in selling transformational technologies, including AI, automation, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
• A demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and driving significant, complex enterprise deals.
• Capability to effectively communicate AI capabilities, ROI, governance, and implementation strategies to both executive and technical audiences.
• Strong consultative selling abilities, with the skill to convert complex technology concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Executive presence, with experience in engaging stakeholders across various functions and levels, including the C-suite.
• Proficient in account planning and opportunity management, utilizing a research-driven, data-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
