• Create and implement a territory strategy focused on target organizations and relevant use cases, generating a pipeline of opportunities in the designated market to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Acquire expert knowledge of Neo4j solutions and their relevance in the APAC market, including Korea (proficiency in Korean is advantageous).
• Articulate to customers the significant benefits and advantages of graph technology compared to other database solutions.
• Carry out sales cycles that utilize strategic selling techniques and methodologies.
• Develop and present proposals for Neo4j solutions that incorporate Neo4j products and services.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineering teams to define and execute well-qualified proof of concepts (POCs).
• “Land & Expand” - Foster growth in accounts that you have initially secured.
• Offer guidance, direction, and support to your assigned Business Development Representative to aid in pipeline development.
• Provide direction to your Field Marketing resources to ensure targeted programs for your designated accounts.
• Advise the Channel Director on targeting partners and programs for your key accounts.
• Maintain accurate information in the Neo4j Salesforce.com CRM system regarding your pipeline, adhering to Neo4j forecasting standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local public cloud partners such as AWS, Google, and MS Azure.
• A minimum of 7 years of proven success in meeting or surpassing sales targets while selling technical solutions and software products in the enterprise market.
• Experience in selling data platforms or information management tools to enterprise customers, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex enterprise sales strategies and tactics, including consultative selling, value-based selling, and MEDDPICC methodologies.
• Familiarity with the commercial open-source business model, including selling subscriptions for on-premise and/or hybrid on-prem/cloud deployments.
• Experience presenting to and managing large, complex enterprise accounts, engaging both business and technical stakeholders at the C-level.
• Previous success in a smaller, rapidly growing software company, utilizing dedicated Business Development, Field Marketing, and Pre-Sales Engineering resources to drive business growth.
• Understanding of public cloud provider tools, market approach, and integration strategies.
• Knowledge of the data landscape, including Generative AI, databases, ETL processes, and no-SQL data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong belief in and understanding of how graph solutions integrate into the enterprise marketplace.
• Must be a diligent, responsible self-starter, capable of working remotely in a home-office setting and traveling to client locations for meetings.
• Excellent references, preferably from previous sales managers.
• Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring precise entry and management of lead data in our SalesForce.com CRM system.
• Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, MS Office, Salesforce.com, web conferencing tools).
