• You will manage a strategic portfolio of named accounts that encompasses 8 of the top 10 chemical companies, 3 of the top 10 automotive manufacturers, and 3 of the top 5 oil & gas majors worldwide.
• Your objectives are twofold: to enhance penetration within these prominent enterprise accounts and to acquire the next wave of Fortune 500 clients across industrial manufacturing, heavy machinery, and food & beverage sectors.
• This position is a hunter role with comprehensive enterprise support: acquiring new logos, expanding strategic accounts, negotiating six- and seven-figure deal cycles, and receiving direct executive support from Radiant and Embrace leadership.
• A minimum of 7 years experience carrying an enterprise quota in SaaS, IoT, industrial technology, supply chain, or operational software — with a proven track record of consistently achieving it.
• Experience selling to operational buyers such as plant managers, VPs of Operations, CIOs, and EHS leaders.
• A demonstrated ability to exceed quota at 1.5x+ ACV with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• A focus on selling business value rather than merely features.
• Proficient in CRM (Salesforce), transparent in your forecasting, and averse to optimistic pipeline reporting.
